This document constitutes a formal contract between you and Classic Resales. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease all use of our services. Your continued engagement with our listings on Thika Road serves as an electronic signature, affirming your total compliance.

Users must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Kenyan law. By using our platform in Clay City, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. Classic Resales reserves the right to refuse service or terminate accounts if it is discovered that a user is a minor or lacks the mental or legal capacity to conduct business.

We reserve the right to amend these 47 points at any time to reflect changes in our business model or Kenyan statutory requirements. Notifications of changes will be posted prominently on our digital channels. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of Classic Resales following an update constitutes your irrevocable acceptance of the modified terms.

Classic Resales provides a marketplace for the advertisement and sale of previously owned goods. We act as a facilitator connecting buyers and sellers within the Kasarani area. While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee the constant availability of any specific item listed on Thika Road. Our services are provided "as-is," and we maintain the right to modify or discontinue any part of the platform without prior notice.

To access full functionality, users may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Any breach of security should be reported immediately to info@classicresales.co.ke. Classic Resales will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your negligence.

You agree to provide true, accurate, and current information during the registration process. Providing false details, such as a fake location or an incorrect phone number, is a violation of these terms and may result in a permanent ban from our Kasarani services. We rely on this data to facilitate safe commerce in Clay City.

Sellers are required to describe items with total honesty. Any flaws, damages, or functional issues must be clearly disclosed in the listing. Misleading descriptions are strictly prohibited. Classic Resales reserves the right to remove any listing that we believe, in our sole discretion, is deceptive or does not meet our quality standards for the Thika Road marketplace.

All prices listed are in Kenyan Shillings (KES) unless stated otherwise. While most prices are negotiable between the buyer and seller, the final agreed price is binding. Payments made via our platform are subject to processing fees where applicable. Classic Resales is not responsible for any transaction conducted outside of our official payment protocols.

Classic Resales may charge a commission or a listing fee for the use of our platform. These fees are non-refundable once the service has been rendered. We will provide clear notice of any charges before you finalize a listing. Failure to pay due commissions will result in the suspension of your trading privileges in Kasarani.

The sale of illegal substances, counterfeit goods, stolen property, weapons, or any item prohibited by the Laws of Kenya is strictly forbidden. We cooperate fully with the Kasarani police and other law enforcement agencies. Any user attempting to list prohibited items will have their data turned over to the relevant authorities in Clay City.

All content on our website, including logos, text, graphics, and the "Classic Resales" name, is the intellectual property of the company. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our branding without express written consent. Unauthorized use of our IP is a violation of Kenyan copyright laws and will be prosecuted.

When you upload photos or descriptions of items, you grant Classic Resales a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use that content for marketing and promotional purposes. All items listed on our platform are pre-owned and carefully inspected before being made available for sale. We encourage all buyers to physically inspect items at a safe location in Kasarani or Clay City before completing their purchase.

To give our customers confidence and peace of mind, we offer a 6-month limited warranty on selected items, covering functional defects not caused by misuse or damage after purchase.

In addition, we provide a 3-day return policy, allowing customers to report and return items with verified issues within 72 hours of purchase, subject to inspection and approval.

Please note that items are still sold based on their current condition, and buyers are encouraged to confirm satisfaction before completing the transaction.

Buyers have the right to inspect goods upon delivery or meetup. If an item significantly deviates from the description, the buyer may reject the transaction at the point of exchange. However, once the buyer leaves the meetup point in Kasarani with the item, the sale is considered final and irrevocable.

At Classic Resales, we deal in pre-owned items that are inspected and verified before sale. While we do not accept returns based on change of mind, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction through a structured return process.

We offer a 3-day return window (72 hours) from the time of purchase. Customers may request a return if the item has a verified functional issue that was not disclosed at the time of sale. All return requests are subject to inspection and approval by our team.

Additionally, selected items are covered under a 6-month limited warranty, which applies to functional defects not caused by misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear. Warranty claims will be assessed and resolved through repair, replacement, or partial refund where applicable.

All approved returns or claims must follow our verification process. Items must be returned in the same condition as received.

Classic Resales manages and oversees all returns and warranty claims to ensure fairness and transparency for both buyers and sellers.

Classic Resales facilitates delivery for customers through trusted third-party courier and logistics partners, particularly for clients along Thika Road and other regions outside Nairobi.

We coordinate and oversee the delivery process to ensure items are securely handled and dispatched in good condition. While we work with reliable partners, delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier operations.

Delivery fees are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated in the item listing.

Customers are encouraged to confirm item condition before dispatch where possible. In the event of damage or loss during transit, Classic Resales will assist in follow-up and resolution with the courier provider, although liability remains with the third-party logistics provider.

Where applicable, any approved return under our 3-day return policy or claims under the 6-month limited warranty will be handled in accordance with our returns and warranty terms.

Classic Resales is committed to secure and transparent transactions. All buyers and sellers must follow these guidelines:

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Classic Resales, its directors, and employees from any claims, losses, or legal fees arising from your breach of these terms or your violation of any third-party rights. This includes any disputes over item ownership or the legality of goods you list.

In the event of a dispute between a buyer and a seller, Classic Resales may offer voluntary mediation. We are not a court of law and cannot legally compel a refund. If mediation fails, parties are encouraged to seek legal recourse through the Kasarani Small Claims Court.

We strive for high uptime, but we do not guarantee that our digital services will be uninterrupted or error-free. Scheduled maintenance is necessary to keep our systems running smoothly for the Clay City community. We are not liable for any losses incurred during periods of platform inactivity.

The use of bots, scrapers, or automated tools to extract data or post listings on our platform is strictly prohibited. Any account found using such tools will be terminated instantly to protect the user experience of our human members on Thika Road.

Our platform may contain links to third-party websites. These are provided for your convenience only. Classic Resales does not endorse or take responsibility for the content or privacy practices of these external sites. Accessing them is at your own risk.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users in Kasarani. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any legal proceedings related to these terms shall be conducted in Kenyan courts, specifically those with jurisdiction over the Kasarani and Thika Road areas.

By using Classic Resales, you consent to receive electronic communications from us. This includes updates to these terms, transactional notifications, and administrative alerts. Notices sent to the email provided during registration are deemed received within 24 hours.

Classic Resales shall not be held liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, government mandates, or civil unrest in the Nairobi area.

Nothing in these terms shall be construed as creating a joint venture, partnership, or employment relationship between you and Classic Resales. You are an independent user of the platform, and you have no authority to bind the company to any contract.

If any provision of these 47 points is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid clause will be replaced with a valid one that reflects the original intent.

The failure of Classic Resales to enforce any right or provision in these terms does not constitute a waiver of such right. We reserve the right to enforce any provision at a later date if we choose to do so.

These Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Classic Resales regarding the use of our services. This agreement supersedes any prior oral or written understandings between the parties.

Users may not use the contact information of other members for the purpose of sending unsolicited marketing (spam). Any report of harassment or unwanted commercial solicitations will lead to immediate account suspension in Clay City.

Classic Resales reserves the right to limit the number of active listings per user to ensure a fair marketplace for everyone on Thika Road. High-volume commercial sellers may be subject to different terms and pricing tiers.

Our rating system is designed to build trust in the Kasarani community. Reviews must be based on genuine transactions and must not contain offensive language or personal attacks. Fake reviews intended to manipulate ratings are strictly prohibited.

Sellers are solely responsible for calculating and paying any taxes (such as VAT or Income Tax) arising from their sales on our platform. Classic Resales is not a tax agent and will not provide tax advice to users.

All transactions must be settled in KES. If you are using an international payment method, the exchange rate will be determined by your bank or service provider. Classic Resales is not responsible for any fluctuations in currency value.

For items above a certain value, Classic Resales may require additional proof of ownership or physical verification at our Kasarani office. This is to protect the Clay City market from high-value fraud.

If you believe a listing violates intellectual property rights or offers counterfeit goods, please use the "Report" button or email us immediately. We take brand protection seriously for our Thika Road clientele.

Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 months may be archived. We will send a notice to your registered email before taking this action. Archived accounts can be reactivated by contacting our Kasarani support team.

Users are prohibited from making defamatory statements about other users or the company. Disagreements should be handled professionally. Publicly slandering the platform or its members in Kasarani may lead to legal action.

The use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you also acknowledge that you have read and understood our data handling practices as they relate to our operations in Clay City.

In the event of any translation of these terms into another language (such as Swahili), the English version shall prevail in all legal matters and disputes regarding the interpretation of the clauses.
